We offer a full, in house, maintenance and cleaning service. Everything from a little spruce up, to a full house paint can be arranged.

So if your are letting your house through us, we can take away the headache of arranging tradesmen for those niggley little jobs that crop up from time to time.

On the other hand, if your property has been empty for some time and there are viewings arranged, we can complete a spruce up clean to ensure that your property is seen it it´s best condition.

All of this can be arranged at very competitive rates. We also work in association with some local, fully insured builders and can provide quotations for larger building work, such as extensions and alterations.
